www.kfc.al is a website that allows anyone to take information regarding KFC meals.

Order Delivery

When ordering from our applications, if the customer is not found at the address shown on the order, meals will not be delivered to another address. The user is then obliged to assume the legal responsibilities that may arise for placing an order, which will be delivered to the address in which he / she is not there to receive.

User Obligations

The user must agree that:

  1. All his/ her details on the website and application must be accurate and when the details are needed, he / she will be responsible for any loss or damage that may occur from the details provided incorrectly or incompletely.
  2. he /she will be personally responsible for any transaction to be carried out under his / her name after writing the required data ",
  3. He / she must pay the price of the service, which has already been notified when sending the order otherwise the order cannot be delivered to him / her,
  4. While using the services of KFC Albania he / she will be solely responsible for the data he / she uploads, personal information sent.
  5. KFC Albania has the right and is entitled to change prices and products for sale at any time without having to make any prior notice. In the event of a price or product error, KFC Albania may deliver it in order to correct the error or cancel that order.
  6. KFC Albania may temporarily suspend or completely stop the operation of the system at any time.
  7. KFC Albania shall not be responsible for giving any prior notice to members or third parties of the temporary suspension or complete suspension of the system and shall have no liability in this matter.

 

  1. If there are no further requests from members, KFC Albania may send notifications regarding products, services, discounts, promotions and campaigns by SMS or email in order to improve the quality of services and satisfaction of its members.
